With cutting edge technology and advanced training this specialty group of physicians provides comprehensive care to patients in the east valley. They have been providing services for over 20 years and are currently looking for a dedicated Back Office Supervisor to join their team!


Responsibilities of the Back Office Supervisor


- Oversee a team of 10 MA's
- Oversee back office flow
- Time card and PTO management 
- Inventory of supplies and medications
- Assist doctors, stock, clean and sterilize exam rooms as needed
- Participate in leadership meetings and other supervisory duties





Required Qualifications of the Back Office Supervisor


- 2+ years of recent back office supervisory experience
- High School diploma or GED required
- Medical Assistant Diploma required
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen


Compensation for the Back Office Supervisor


Back Office Supervisor - Direct Hire, $37K-$41K per year, Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm.
